Semcon and Ericsson Increase Co-operation in Denmark


GOTEBORG, Sweden, Feb. 4, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Semcon Denmark A/S and L.M. Ericsson A/S have agreed on entering a business partnership on consulting services.

As part of the reinforced cooperation between the two companies, 34 Ericsson employees have been employed by Semcon and will bring services and solutions to Ericsson and Ericsson customers. On top of that, Semcon will provide technical project and process consulting to Ericsson sites around the world.

Semcon Denmark A/S regards this a major business opportunity and as contributing to establishing Semcon's strategic position in the Danish market for solutions within the Telecom area and Industrial Engineering.
