Interactive Classified Corporation: First Toll Free Sports Line Available in Canada Coming in November 2002

MONTREAL, Sept. 25, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Interactive Classified Corporation, a provider of telephony and Web-based applications and a target acquisition company of Isee3d Inc.'s (TSX Venture Exchange:YEY) (Other OTC:ISEDF) pending reverse takeover (RTO) transaction, announced today that it has entered into a revenue-sharing agreement to develop the first automated "sports pick" telephone system in Canada.

The idea of leading sports statistician Pierre Therrien, the toll free sports line -- to be named Mister Stats -- will be an entertainment-based system offering sports statistics and winning team predictions on football, hockey, baseball and basketball games, amongst other sporting venues. For the past decade, Pierre Therrien has been a sports statistician for national stadiums as well as U.S. and Canadian television broadcast stations including ESPN, FOX, CBC, Empire and the Sunshine Network. He continues to work in this capacity, providing sports announcers with relevant player/team stats enhancing their real-time report of each sporting event.

The bilingual Mister Stats service will provide users with predictions of winning teams for three separate games taking place each day as selected by Mr. Therrien and his professional team of handicappers, who are experts in their respective sporting fields and have over 30 years of combined experience in the industry. Information will be accessible from the Mister Stats toll free telephone number the same day of every scheduled event throughout the year.

"Interactive Classified Corporation is excited to team up with someone like Pierre Therrien whose reputation and extensive experience in the world of sports brings knowledge of the industry and integrity to a new and unique project in Canada," said Chris Kape, V.P., Business Development of Isee3d Inc. "An excellent match for its existing applications, we expect this venture to extend Interactive Classified Corporation's business model and contribute positively to Isee3d's post RTO entity."

"Interactive Classified Corporation is helping me fulfill a dream to develop a business that combines my expertise with my passion for sports," explained Pierre Therrien, President of Mister Stats. "We are confident that this relationship will result in a successful system that is unique for avid sports fans in the Canadian market."

Mister Stats is expected to be open to the public early in November 2002, at which time the service will cost users $15.00 per credit, with volume discounting. Each credit will provide callers with three winning team predictions by Mister Stats' handicappers. For an additional credit, users can also hear Mister Stats' over/under predictions for the respective three games picked.
