Military Communications Technologies -- Extends Share Dividend Date & Appoints New Stock Transfer Agent


IRVINE, Calif., March 1, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Military Communications Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:MLTA), announced today that the Board of Directors have executed a contract to change transfer agents to Island Stock Transfer, LLC of St. Petersburg, Florida. The new transfer agent will assume responsibility for the issuance, recording and processing of all of the Company's Share certificate issuances and transactions. Implementing the change of transfer agents will take several weeks to complete due to printing of new certificates and other formal requirements.

Accordingly, the company wishes to advise shareholders that processing of the MLTA Share Dividend announced on February 18, 2004 will be delayed, and that therefore the qualification date for the Share Dividend has been extended to March 19, 2004.
