Company Initiates Nationwide Road Show to Create Investor Awareness


LOS ANGELES, Nov. 1, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Digital Learning Management Corporation (OTCBB:DGTL), a provider of private post-secondary education and Internet based learning technology in North America, is pleased to announce that it has begun the first phase of its investor awareness program. The company has, and will continue to present at several financial industry conferences throughout the U.S. over the next several months. The goal is to introduce the Digital story to the financial and brokerage communities.

Digital recently presented at the Roth Capital/RedChip Conference in New York.
