Digital Learning Management to Provide Occupational Training Services with Virtual University Appliance (VU)

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 23, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Digital Learning Management Corporation (OTCBB:DGTL), a learning solutions provider, is pleased to announce that Occupational Training Services (OTS), based in San Diego, has purchased a Virtual University Appliance to create a virtual learning environment for business and information technology programs.

"Occupational Training will be teaching online courses for IT Certifications, such as Cisco (Nasdaq:CSCO), Microsoft (Nasdaq:MSFT), Oracle (Nasdaq:ORCL) and Sun Microsystems. In addition, OTS will also use the Appliance to teach telecom courses as well as Business courses online," stated Zeb Bhatti, CEO of Digital.

Bhatti added, "The VU Appliance can provide a platform for online education in every type of conceivable subject matter. From financial to computer courses, the VU is not limited or restricted in the types of content it can serve and in the applications that it can be adapted to."

The VU Appliance is a complete state-of-the-art hardware and software solution incorporating the company's CourseMate(tm) Virtual University system. The system, or 'appliance' as it is referred to, allows traditional brick and mortar educational institutions and commercial organizations to create a virtual e-learning presence from scratch. The appliance, which is a standard 1U rack mounted device, can be placed in the client's location behind their firewall or housed and managed at Digital's facility. The system accepts content created in multiple formats and presents that content over the Internet or intranet.
