Strengthening Vengroff, Williams & Associates Executive Management Team Reinforces the Company's Position as Global Leader of Receivable Management BPO Solutions

GARDEN GROVE, Calif., Feb. 16, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Vengroff, Williams & Associates, a leading provider of receivable management and business process outsourcing solutions, today announced the appointment of Greg Stewart as North American Vice President of Operations for the Direct to Retail Division and Ron Bianco as North American Vice President of Quality Training and Development. With nearly 30 years of combined experience as executives in the technology industry, Stewart and Bianco bring significant strategic and operational expertise to the VWA executive management team.

Stewart began his career in the entertainment software technology industry serving for eight years with Interplay Entertainment, a leading entertainment software publisher, before joining Microsoft as a senior manager responsible for credit and collections of the Home and Entertainment division. Throughout his career, Stewart has developed a keen understanding of the complex nature of managing volume deductions and has developed key relationships in a nice industry.

"I have been fortunate in my career to have been a part of several significant new technology and software 'tipping points'," states Stewart. "In recent years, there has been a tremendous surge in the direct to retail volume deduction BPO space. Managing volume deductions without adequate systems, efficient business processes and experienced leaders spells disaster to a company's bottom line. VWA offers real solutions to those real business needs. I am thrilled to join VWA and build onto a world-class BPO provider in the volume deduction outsourcing industry."

Prior to joining VWA, Bianco was a client of VWA, as the Vice President of Credit, Administration and Training for United Rentals, North America's largest equipment rental source, where he successfully rolled out e-learning and a company-wide development program for several hundred independent affiliates. Bianco has an extensive finance, credit and collections background as the Director of Finance for IBM and formerly Director of Group Credit North American for Compaq Computer Medical, Education and Government Segments.

As the North American Vice President of Training, Quality and Development for VWA, Bianco will be responsible for Human Resources, Training, Employee Development and Internal Auditing.

"I choose to join Vengroff, Williams & Associates because the growth opportunities are outstanding and the opportunity to continue to develop and train the talented workforce that VWA has assembled allows me to take the company to the next level to meet today's business demands," said Bianco. "I look forward to working with Mark to lead initiatives that will focus on providing a positive company culture that fosters productivity and employee engagement."

"We are committed to establishing and maintaining an executive management team that reflect today's best practices," said Mark Vengroff, President of Vengroff, Williams & Assocs. "In Stewart and Bianco, we have two highly respected management experts whose strengths and skills complement those of our existing executives in providing valuable oversight and direction to the strategy, operations and management of VWA. "Both gentlemen will help us further advance VWA's strong position in the global BPO market space global for Fortune 1000 companies."
