DME Subsidiary, Ritmo Tunes Teams With Miami's Mega 94.9 for Premium SMS Contest

(Pink Sheets:DMHD), through its subsidiary Ritmo Tunes, is pleased to announce a partnership with Miami's Mega 94.9 to promote the Music Industry VIP Package. Mega 94.9 listeners will compete in an SMS contest to win the exclusive giveaway.

The Ritmo Tunes Music Industry VIP Package centers on the 17th Annual Billboard Latin Music Conference and Awards. Miami's Mega 94.9 personalities will promote the Music Industry VIP Package and listeners will compete in an SMS contest by text messaging "musica" to 66066. The new SMS contest has been made available by Ritmo Tunes as a direct result of the Company's recent partnership with Wireless Idea Mobile Solutions, announced on April 24, 2006.

One winner will be announced and receive a prize package valued at $2,000. The VIP Package includes: two tickets to the 2006 Billboard Latin Awards, a one night stay in Miami at one of South Beach's highly renowned hotels, a Blackberry, and a VIP pass to the official Billboard Latin Awards After Party to meet Ritmo Tunes President, DJ Nelson.
