Result of offer of shares in bankTrelleborg a/s
At the close of bankTrelleborg a/s' conversion period, the result is that 95 %
of the guarantors of the former Sparekassen sparTrelleborg have converted their
guarantee capital to shares in bankTrelleborg a/s. 

During the period from the 30th of April 2007 to the 14th of May 2007,
bankTrelleborg a/s offered up to 1,199,076 new shares at a nominal price of DKK
20 each, corresponding to a nominal total value of DKK 23,981,520. This offer
was directed at the guarantors of the former Sparekassen sparTrelleborg. By the
end of the subscription period, on 14th of May 2007 at 16.00hrs, 14.996
guarantors  had decided to subscribe for 1.150.780 shares on conversion of the
guarantee capital, corresponding to 95 % of the guarantors and 96 % of the
offered shares. 

The bankTrelleborg fund has provided bankTrelleborg a/s with a binding and
unconditional subscription commitment concerning the subscription of those
shares that have not been subscribed for by the guarantors on cash payment. The
bankTrelleborg fund is therefore subscribing for 48.296 shares on cash payment.
The conversion of guarantee capital and the bankTrelleborg fund's subscription
for shares on cash payment thus implies capitalisation of DKK 1,199,076 new
shares corresponding to a nominal increase of capital of DKK 23,981,520.
Following implementation of the aforementioned increase of capital on
conversion of guarantee capital and cash payment, the company's total share
capital amounts to DKK 91,876,080 distributed on shares at a price of DKK 20.
The shares will be distributed as follows:

The new shares have been applied for listing on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange
with the expected initial day of trading being on the 7th of June 2007.
