S2C Global Systems Enters Into Agreement With Canadian Water-Bottler

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 25, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- S2C Global Systems (OTCBB:STWG), (http://www.s2cglobal.com) designer and developer of the "S2C Aquaduct" commercial vending system that delivers pre-packaged, 5-gallon bottled water from the bottling plant to the consumer, announces the signing of a Letter of Intent with Glacial Fusion Inc. This LOI will lay the groundwork for a formal Joint Venture Agreement regarding distribution and marketing of the Company's products in British Columbia, Alberta, Idaho, and Washington State.

It is anticipated that the formal agreement will be finalized before the end of January 2008. The Joint Venture sees an aggressive schedule to install S2C's Aquaducts within a 200 plus mile radius of Glacial Fusion's bottling plant in Creston, BC, a town situated near the border between British Columbia and Idaho.

Glacial Fusion's newly renovated bottling plant is 24,000 sq. ft. with proposed production of 10 million, 5-gallon bottles of water per year. The Company's market includes: the S.E. corner of British Columbia, the S.W. corner of Alberta, the N.W. corner of Idaho, and the N.E. corner of Washington State. With cities such as Calgary, Coeur d'Alene, Spokane, Kelowna, and Penticton, Glacier's service market includes a total population of approximately 2.5 million.

To service this market, S2C Global will deploy approximately 100 of its S2C Aquaduct units over a 2-year period commencing prior to the end of Q1 2008. This will include the outfitting of Glacial's plant and delivery trucks with S2C's proprietary system. Gross revenue of this Joint Venture over the first two years is anticipated to surpass USD$6.5 million.

"We're extremely optimistic about this joint venture and are looking forward to installing our products in Alberta, Eastern British Columbia, Washington State, and Idaho," says Rod Bartlett, President and CEO, S2C Global Systems, Inc. "Glacial Fusion has a great opportunity to impact these markets, and we look forward to a long, prosperous relationship."

"We are marketing to both large urban areas and smaller, sprawling rural markets," stated Glacial Fusion's COO, Irvin Leroux. "As such, S2C's Aquaduct system is a natural fit for the most cost effective distribution of our spring water into this region."
