Vanity Events Holding's America's Cleaning Company Announces Formation of Multiple Territories

NEW YORK, April 27, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vanity Events Holding, Inc.'s ("Vanity") (OTCBB:VAEV) America's Cleaning Company™ is pleased to announce the creation of regional territories operated by the corporate office. "The strong customer base and success America's Cleaning Company has established across multiple boroughs, Long Island, and northern New Jersey created this need," commented Vanity CEO Steven Moskowitz. "Establishing multiple territories allows the Company to more efficiently manage its operations within each region as well as test the company's franchise software against a multi-'franchise' model." The new alignment, which will go into effect May 1st, will see two regions established with separate operational teams: one for Queens and Long Island, the other for Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Northern New Jersey. Both will be overseen by America's Cleaning Company's corporate office in New York. The Company plans to split the territories further as it continues to grow its customer base.
