Eastern Environment Appoints Song Guofeng as Vice President of Finance; Takes Additional Steps to List on a Senior U.S. Stock Exchange


NEW YORK and HARBIN, China, Aug. 26, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Eastern Environment Solutions Corp. (OTCBB:EESC), a leading provider of municipal solid waste (MSW) processing and disposal services in northeast China, today announced the appointment of Ms. Song Guofeng as Vice President of Finance. Additionally, the company reported it has taken additional steps to list on a senior U.S. exchange, including the recent appointments of a majority of independent directors and establishment of audit, compensation and nominating committees. As a result, the company believes it meets most of the requirements to list on a senior U.S. stock exchange.

She previously held the position of CFO at such companies as Harbin Tian He Li Pharmaceutical Company, Harbin Tong Ye Group, and Harbin Yi Feng group. Ms. Song holds an accounting degree from Zhong Nan Cai Jing College.
