(OTCBB:EESC), a leading provider of municipal solid waste (MSW) processing and disposal services in northeast China, today announced the appointment of Ms. Song Guofeng as Vice President of Finance. Additionally, the company reported it has taken additional steps to list on a senior U.S. exchange, including the recent appointments of a majority of independent directors and establishment of audit, compensation and nominating committees. As a result, the company believes it meets most of the requirements to list on a senior U.S. stock exchange.

Ms. Song holds an accounting degree from Zhong Nan Cai Jing College.
