Fredrik Åkerman, Business Area Director and CFO, has been appointed to serve as
acting CEO. Johan Wall has been CEO of Bisnode since 2008.

Håkan Ramsin, Chairman of the Board of Bisnode, comments: "During his three
years as CEO, Johan has successfully implemented a new business plan and
strategy, and has carried out a refinement of the company's business, which has
been under way for some time. Johan has been clear that he cannot commit himself
long-term to Bisnode. Therefore the Board has decided to begin recruitment of a
new CEO who can fully focus on Bisnode's long-term growth."

Ratos became the principal owner of Bisnode in 2005 when the Ratos associated
company Infodata was merged with Bonnier Affärsinformation. Bisnode is one of
Europe's leading suppliers of digital business information, with services in
market, credit and business information. Using Bisnode's services companies can
increase their sales, reduce their risks and improve their day-to-day business
decisions. Operations are conducted in 17 countries in Europe.
