Sierra Gold Corporation Announces JV Agreement With Its Black Sands Project


TORONTO, Jan. 26, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sierra Gold Corp., (OTC:SGCP.PK) announces JV Agreement.

Sierra Gold Corporation is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Accurate Resource Development Corporation (ARDC), a private U.S. company. ARDC will provide its expertise and equipment to work on one of the SGCP concessions to recover and process the black sands. Under the terms of this agreement, SGCP will receive $500,000 in the first full year of operation. 

Doug Evans, Chairman and CEO, stated that he believes this is the beginning of a number of JVs which will increase shareholder value in 2012.
