Concrete Leveling Systems, Inc. Receives PO for Pro X-8 Equipment Package

CANTON, OH--(Marketwire - Jul 23, 2012) - Concrete Leveling Systems, Inc. ("CLS") (OTCBB: CLEV) is pleased to announce management has received an executed purchase order and a 50% down payment for our Pro X-8 concrete leveling equipment package.

CLS President, Edward A. Barth, stated, "After months of working with qualified candidates for opening their own concrete leveling business it has become clear that under current economic and banking requirements prospective buyers have no opportunity to borrow and start up a new business. After working with Flatwalk Concrete Leveling, LLC ("Flatwalk") out of Phoenix, AZ. and reviewing the Trade Show and newspaper call reports they have collected, over a 9-month period, I am confident that the Phoenix market is an untapped market waiting to be entered. Based on the above, I have agreed to personally finance a portion of the cost of the equipment package being purchased by Flatwalk. I believe that the Phoenix area will support multiple trucks as the 'Valley of the Sun' is a large area called home by 3.5 million people. Flatwalk business plan calls for multiple trucks to service the Phoenix and surrounding Southwestern US area, and with this financing arrangement CLS will be the exclusive supplier of future concrete leveling equipment to Flatwalk. CLS has other prospective candidates ranging from Spokane, WA to North Carolina who are eager to open and run their own concrete leveling business, but under current US economic and banking requirements simply cannot obtain financing. CLS will continue to review any and all options to assist in helping qualified individuals get started in the concrete leveling service business."

Flatwalk Concrete Leveling, LLC is a start up business in Phoenix, AZ. Flatwalk is currently shipping an F-550 diesel truck to CLS for installation of our equipment package. Flatwalk will further be sending a trainee for technical training to Canton, Ohio, who will then drive the completed unit to Phoenix to be placed into service.
