Pete Pattullo to Head American PrePaid Phonecall Association

NetworkIP CEO Becomes Chairman


WASHINGTON, Sept. 24, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The American PrePaid Phonecall Association, APPPA, announced today that Pete Pattullo has been elected by the Board of Directors to the office of Chairman. Pattullo, also the CEO of NetworkIP, replaces Gustavo de la Garza, the president of Vivaro.

Josh Loberfeld, the Executive Vice President of Dollarphone, was elected Vice Chairman of APPPA, replacing Pattullo, previously the Vice Chairman of APPPA.

De la Garza is a Founding Member of APPPA and served as its chairman until he stepped down last week to concentrate his efforts on his company.
