On January 25, 2013 Jyske Bank A/S announced, that the bank has entered into an agreement with Sparekassen Lolland A/S to take over all its banking activities, including customers, employees and branches.
As a consequence the membership activities of Sparekassen Lolland will continue under the responsibility of Jyske Bank A/S as of Monday January 28 2013. Jyske Bank will during a limited time be trading under the additional member ID, SPLO and will continue to have access to trading on the NASDAQ OMX equity and fixed income markets in Copenhagen. Trading related to this Member ID will be suspended at NASDAQ OMX Stockholm and Iceland until further notice.
Jyske Bank will assume all rights, obligations and liabilities in relations to the membership activities including the obligation to settle all transactions (including unsettled transactions) for the above mentioned markets concluded by Sparekassen Lolland.
