SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 25, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ Private Market, LLC announced today the appointment of Jeff Thomas to its senior leadership team as Vice President of Sales. Thomas will be based in San Francisco and report to Greg Brogger, President of NASDAQ Private Market.

Thomas is an experienced business development executive, having led the west coast office of SecondMarket and most recently having served as Vice President of Business Development with Owler, a business information service targeted at investors. Thomas earned his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical and computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
