Bolt Solutions Expands Business Development Team to Address Strong 'Going Direct' Momentum Within the Insurance Industry

Valerie Georgantas, Anderson Haynes, Keith Janes and Jamie McKinney Join Bolt to Help Drive Company's Growth Strategy

The rapidly maturing and growing 'Going Direct' market prompted the addition of Valerie Georgantas as Managing Director, Business Development; Anderson Haynes as Senior Director, Sales & Business Development; Keith Janes as Managing Director, Sales Support; and Jamie McKinney as Senior Solutions Consultant.

Since the introduction of the Bolt Platform in April of 2013, Bolt Solutions has seen a rapidly increasing market demand and a wide range of insurance distribution applications for its platform. Most recently, this momentum can be seen in Progressive® Insurance's selection of the Bolt Platform as well as Bolt's role as the enabler of the Citizen's Property Insurance Clearinghouse, which launched successfully in January 2014.

In her role as Managing Director of Business Development, Georgantas is responsible for high value strategic relationships, marketing and sales operations at Bolt. She brings more than 20 years of leadership, sales and marketing experience in the IT, software and consulting industries, working with start-ups and Fortune 200 organizations including Dow Jones, i3 Mobile, Deloitte, Teleglobe and Sprint as well as founding her own company, Gantas Group.  She attended McGill University and is trilingual.  Georgantas has lived in Canada, the U.S. and Europe, and has done business in most global markets. She is a past board member of the American Marketing Association and the Center for the Advancement of Cancer Education.

In addition to being a licensed Property and Casualty broker, Haynes spent most of the past 10 years at Aon Risk Services where he was Managing Director and Producer for the Jacksonville, Florida office. At Bolt Solutions, Haynes will leverage his insurance, sales and business development talents to help drive the company's expansion and growth through alternate distribution models and strategic partnerships. Anderson will focus much of his time and effort in Florida, a key state in Bolt's growth strategy. 

Janes brings to Bolt more than 25 years of insurance and insurance technology experience. In addition to his tenure as Director of Sales Support for Exigen and in a sales support role with Camilion Solutions, Janes began his career with a large life insurance provider, serving in a variety of capacities including a number of leadership roles.

McKinney adds significant experience to the Bolt Pre-Sales organization, combining nearly 20 years of experience with AIG and ACE along with vendor experience with Camilion Solutions (an SAP Company), Exigen Insurance Solutions and Cover-All Technologies.
