TUCSON, Ariz., Nov. 17, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tucson's newest and most comprehensive mental health program, based at a new clinic at Park and Ajo, opens Monday, November 17, 2014. Assurance Health and Wellness, a division of Sinfonia HealthCare Corporation, is a new Comprehensive Service Provider under contract with The Community Partnership for Southern Arizona. Comprehensive Service Providers or CSP's, as they are called under the CPSA system, are responsible for the behavioral health interventions of a large number of area residents suffering from mental illness. Uniquely, the Assurance Health and Wellness site will also provide primary medical care to CPSA eligible members. CPSA enrollees will, for the first time, be able to obtain a full array of services under one roof. Those services are provided by a team of interdisciplinary professionals including physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, nutritionists, pharmacists, therapists, substance abuse counselors, peer support counselors, and healthy living specialists.
