The board of Saltängen Property Invest AB (publ) has resolved on new dates for the Annual General Meeting 2015 and the publication of the Year-End Report for the financial year 2014:
·The Year-End Report will be published on 20 March, 2015
·The Annual General Meeting 2015 will be held on 23 April, 2015
The reason for the change of dates is that the final closing balance report for the financial year 2014 was delivered on 17 February, 2015, according to the terms of the Sales and Purchase agreement between Tribona AB and Saltängen. This will not allow Saltängen enough time to issue the Year-end report at the previously announced date 2 March, 2015. Consequently, the Annual General Meeting can not be held on 27 March as originally announced.
