OÜ Finora Capital issued today additional Bonds in the amount of 185 000 EUR. Bonds have the same conditions as the initial Bond issue, i.e. with maturity in March 2018 and interest rate at 9,75%. Bond issue was carried out as a non-public offering and raised capital will be used in order to increase the loan portfolio of the company. Additionally issued Bonds will be admitted to trading on Nasdaq First North Baltic bond market. After additional issue OÜ Finora Capital has issued Bonds in total value of 845 000 EUR.

OÜ Finora Capital is an Estonian capital based financing company that was launched in July 2014 when the company started with offering one product - mortgage backed loans - to its customers in Estonia. Its next products, hire-purchase for private customers and factoring for SMEs were introduced in the end of 2014 and in the beginning of 2015 respectively.
