M33 Integrated Ranks Among 2015 Best Places to Work in South Carolina

GREENVILLE, S.C., Aug. 07, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- M33 Integrated is honored to earn the distinction of Best Places to Work in South Carolina for 2015 with a ranking of seventeen in its class of small-to-medium sized businesses. This tenth annual awards program was created by SC Biz News in partnership with the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in the state benefiting the state's economy, workforce, and businesses.

The selection process is thorough and candidates must meet certain requirements and criteria. To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

  • Be a for-profit or not-for-profit business or government entity
  • Be a publicly or privately held business
  • Have a facility in the state of South Carolina
  • Have a minimum of 15 employees working in the state of South Carolina
  • Be in business a minimum of 1 year

The survey and awards program consists of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. An anonymous employee survey is also distributed to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determine the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group manages the overall registration and survey process, analyzes the data, and determines the final rankings.
