(OTC:GTRQ), a development stage company focused on developing next-generation wireless location technology has successfully launched the WebTraq Cell-ID Management Platform. The WebTraq platform can manage Cell-ID devices on over 550 cellular carrier networks throughout the world.
Manufacturers that design location and tracking products using the GeoTraq G-200 Cell-ID module can offer customers a complement of management features including smart phone applications and cloud connectivity for location data storage. Customers can also integrate Cell-ID device management into their existing systems by downloading and installing the WebTraq API. The flexibility of the WebTraq platform will allow customers both large and small to remotely manage thousands of active Cell-ID devices.
WebTraq is the first location based services platform designed specifically to manage Cell-ID devices. It was designed to manage devices that support the G-200 GSM Quad-Band Cell-ID Module. Cell-ID enabled devices can operate over long periods of time without recharging. They can also be located almost anywhere in the world where cellular service is available. The GeoTraq Cell-ID module and the WebTraq platform were designed to enable and support consumer, commercial and industrial location devices and applications.
S-1 Registration Statement
GeoTraq filed an S-1 registration statement on September 25th, 2014 which became effective on December 17th, 2014. The effective registration statement allows the company to raise $1,000,000 for marketing, manufacturing and management team expansion.
