Change in Pihlajalinna Plc's Management Team
Pihlajalinna Group's General Counsel and member of the Management Team Hanne Keidasto has resigned from her position in Pihlajalinna and will move on to Hämeen Laaturemontti Group. Her employment ends after Pihlajalinna's 2017 Annual General Meeting. The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on 4 April 2017.
"Hanne Keidasto has had a significant role in the IPO of Pihlajalinna and the development of the company's legal function", says CEO Aarne Aktan. "I'm sad about Hanne's departure and wish her the best of luck with new challenges."
The new General Counsel will be appointed as soon as possible.
