Vilnius, Lithuania, 2017-03-16 10:38 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Modus Energija, AB (hereinafter – the Issuer) informs the owners of Issuer‘s ordinary bonds ISIN code LT0000431736 (hereinafter – the Bonds) that it will exercise a call option stated in Bond issue company description document clause 6.5.8 and Bond subscription agreement clause IV.2 and will redeem the Bonds on 20 April 2017. One Bond will be redeemed for a sum of nominal value (1 000 EUR), accrued interest (15 EUR) and 0,75% redemption premium (7,5 EUR).
