MOBYLIFE HOLDING A/S EXTENDS PERIOD FOR NOTEHOLDERS TO JOIN AD HOC COMMITTEE

Further to its company announcement dated 9 February 2018, Mobylife Holding A/S (the "Issuer") hereby informs the holders of its senior secured notes (ISIN SE0005936382) (the "Notes") that it is extending the period for Noteholders to join the ad hoc creditors' committee (the "Committee") in anticipation of discussions with the Issuer beginning early in the week commencing 19 February 2018.
Intertrust (Sweden) AB (the "Agent") acts for and on behalf of the Noteholders in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Notes.
The Agent has received indications of interest to participate in the Committee from Noteholders representing approximately 30% of total amount of the Notes outstanding. In addition, certain other investors have provided commitments to support the decision of the Committee through powers of attorney given to members of the Committee.
The Issuer is extending the period for Noteholders to respond in order to achieve a Committee which is more representative of the Noteholders as a whole, and therefore capable of achieving a more consensual outcome.
Accordingly, any further Noteholders wishing to participate in discussions with the Issuer as part of the Committee should contact the Agent by close of business on Friday, 16 February 2018. Alternatively, Noteholders may contact the Agent with a request for the Committee to represent their interests without formal participation in discussions.
Noteholders should be aware that some of the information provided by the Issuer during any discussions may be considered to be inside information and accordingly Noteholders participating in the Committee would be required to become insiders.
