Retailer Connect is a web-based portal that offers Gray Tools distributors exclusive access to a wide array of features meant to improve communication, eliminate downtime and ultimately meet the growing expectations of end users.

Key new features of the new web-based portal include the ability for distributors to check inventory levels within all three of our warehouses across Canada, confirm net costs and convert inquiries into purchases all from within the platform. The ability to immediately respond to end user requests will give Gray Tools distributors a significant competitive service advantage.
Additional enhancements include the ability to download product images, merchandising manuals, as well as the latest promotional flyers.
The data access management tool combined with a mobile friendly design makes the portal ideal for distributors’ outside employees who need access to valuable information while on the go.
The enhanced Gray Tools Retailer Connect portal can be accessed at Retailer.GrayTools.com, and from our websites www.graytools.com and www.dynamictools.ca. The portal is accessible only to Gray Tools distributors that have an active account open on the portal. New Gray distributors can be given access to the platform upon request.
