SCI Engineered Materials, Inc. to be Granted U.S. Patent For Innovative Transparent Conductive Oxide (TCO) Technology


COLUMBUS, Ohio, March 01, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SCI Engineered Materials, Inc. (“SCI”) (OTCQB:SCIA), a global supplier and manufacturer of advanced materials for physical vapor deposition thin film applications that works closely with end users and OEMs to develop innovative, customized solutions, today announced it has been notified by the U. S. Patent and Trademark Office that it will be granted a patent titled “Display having a transparent conductive oxide layer comprising metal doped zinc oxide applied by sputtering” (US 2016/0041418 A1).
