Reference is made to announcement 21 February 2018 regarding issuance of shares to employees of Monobank ASA in accordance with the share incentive program.
The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, together with a share capital increase related to exercise of 100,000 warrants at NOK 1.50 per share.
Following the registration of the share capital increases, the Company's share capital is NOK 249,195,973 divided into 249,195,973 shares with a par value of NOK 1 per share.
