N1 hf. – Issuer name and orderbook symbol change

N1 hf. – The company’s shareholders meeting has approved the name change of the company to Festi hf., ref to an announcement from the company made public on September 25, 2018.

Pursuant to this change, N1‘s name and orderbook symbol in Nasdaq Iceland’s trading system will be changed as of November 7th, 2018.
