Amazon.com, Inc. (Nasdaq:AMZN) -- The complaint, filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, alleges that Amazon and certain of its officers and directors violated the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The complaint alleges Amazon disseminated various false and misleading statements during the Class Period, including misleading statements concerning partnerships that would represent $500 million in revenue over the next five years. The complaint alleges that the false and misleading statements had the effect of artificially inflating the price of Amazon stock throughout the Class Period.

i2 Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:ITWO) -- The complaint, filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, alleges that i2 and certain of its officers and directors violated the federal securities laws by disseminating false and misleading information regarding i2's business, and as a result, i2 stock was artificially inflated throughout the Class Period. Specifically, the complaint alleges that during the Class Period, Nike, Inc., one of i2's major customers, was experiencing problems with i2's products, which put i2's relationship with Nike at a material risk. The complaint alleges that i2 failed to disclose the problems Nike was having attempting to implement i2 software.
