As in previous years, employees in the Schibsted Group have been given rights to purchase shares for an amount of NOK 6,000.- at a 20% discounted price. The share price of NOK 77.80 per share (20% discount included) has been fixed based on the average market price in the period 28th May – 1st June 2001. The employees were given the right to purchase 77 shares at the price of NOK 77.80 per share. The deadline for subscription was 21st June 2001.
