COPENHAGEN, Denmark, Sept. 24, 2001 (PRIMEZONE) -- Today, TDC has decided to make the following changes in Talkline's (Germany) management:
Henning Vest replaces Klaus Holgaard Rasmussen as Chief Executive Officer of Talkline. Henning Vest is Senior Executive Vice President of TDC and President of TDC Mobile International. Klaus Holgaard Rasmussen resigns from Talkline and TDC in order to pursue possibilities of a management buy-out of Talkline. Also, Hans Jacob Carstensen, Chief Financial Officer of TDC Mobile International replaces Frank Schubert, Chief Financial Officer of Talkline. At the same time, Mogens Sogaard Hansen, Chief Executive Officer of Talkline in the Netherlands, join the executive committee of Talkline in Germany.
Henning Dyremose, President and Chief Executive Officer for TDC, replaces Henning Vest as Chairman of the Board of Talkline.
