Compagnie de Saint-Gobain denies that it has issued convertible/exchangeable bonds ("oceanes" i.e., bonds convertible into new issuer shares or exchangeable into existing issuer shares), contrary to a report published this afternoon by a financial information Agency.
Compagnie de Saint-Gobain reviews on an on-going basis various financing possibilities identified by itself or suggested to it by financial institutions. No decision has been taken as to issuing oceanes.
