United Online Announces Second-Quarter Earnings Release Date and Conference Call


WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., Jan. 29, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- United Online, Inc. (Nasdaq:UNTD), a leading Internet service provider that commenced operations in September 2001 with the merger of NetZero and Juno Online Services, today announced that it will release results for its fiscal second quarter ended December 31, 2001 after the close of the market on February 6, 2002.

A conference call to discuss the results of the quarter will be held at 2:00 p.m. PST (5:00 p.m. EST) following the announcement.
