STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Feb. 5, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Due to the merger with Teleca the Board of Directors of AU-System has announced that the Board will apply to Stockholmsborsen (the Stockholm Exchange) for de-listing of the AU-System share with effect as from February 20, 2002. This implies that the final day for trading in the AU-System share on the exchange is planned to be February 19, 2002.
New reporting date Both AU-System's and Teleca's full-year reports 2001 will be presented on February 21, 2002. AU-System's reporting date was previously February 20, 2002.
