JM Buys Back Own Shares


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, March 7, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- On March 6 JM (Other OTC:JMAOF) (Stockholm:JM) repurchased 65,400 of its own shares. After today's buy-back, JM's total holding of own shares amounts to 1,765,400 shares or 5.8% of the number of shares outstanding. Repurchases keep the capital structure adjusted in order to raise return on equity and earnings per share.
