Produce Safety and Security International, Inc. Is Pleased to Announce Establishment of Its Arizona Distribution Center


PRESCOTT, Ariz., June 9, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Produce Safety and Security International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:PDSS) is pleased to announce the establishment of its Arizona Distribution Center to support PDSS's Food Safety Process and Risk Reduction programs designed to provide audit trails for prudent sanitization within the food industry. This multi-purpose facility will serve as the operational support headquarters to coordinate the companies ozone machinery, consumable cleaning and sanitation product shipments to PDSS clients throughout the western United States, Mexico and western Canada.

According to PDSS CEO, Mr. Clearance Karney, an initial order of three 42,000 pound truck loads consisting of drums, totes and ready-to-use EPA Registered, quaternary based products, is in process. The Spherequat products will consists of Spherequat 1000, a disinfectant and sanitizer, Spherequat 6400, which is also a disinfectant and sanitizer, and Spherequat 2525-200, a ready to use cleaner/sanitizer for industrial, hospital and retail food establishment use. According to Mr. Karney, the license agreement to distribute the Spherequat products are the perfect complement to our ozone equipment in that they also provide PDSS with significant after market sales opportunities.
