Public Company Management Corporation Launches OTCBB Index

PCMC Bulletin Board 30 Index Will Serve Investors in Small Public Companies

LAS VEGAS, July 19, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- As a service to the millions of investors that follow companies traded only on the Over the Counter markets, Public Company Management Corporation (OTCBB:PUBC) has established an Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) Index. This OTCBB Index has a 20-minute delayed financial data feed with key financial and market information housed on PCMC's Web site. The index became live on July 15 and is available online at http://pcmc.stockgroup.com/pcmc30.asp. Further, an interview on the construction and methodology of PCMC Bulletin Board 30 Index(tm) is now available at http://www.publiccompanymanagement.com/PCMC-30/audio.html

"We are thrilled to make this new index available to investors, as there is no other similar resource available for those interested in the performance of stocks traded on the OTCBB," said Stephen Brock, president of PUBC. "Producing this index is integral to our mission of promoting the public markets for small and medium businesses. We hope it will help further the growth of the OTCBB and allow more small businesses to take advantage of the benefits of the public markets."

The PCMC Bulletin Board 30 Index(tm) is comprised of 30 stocks that are selected based on the following eight criteria:

 (1) Three month average trade volume.
 (2) Market capitalization.
 (3) Historical stock price.
 (4) Shares outstanding.
 (5) Estimated float.
 (6) Sales.
 (7) Operating history.
 (8) Industry/sector diversity.

Many notable OTCBB stocks were omitted, such as Publix Super Markets Inc., because they failed to meet one or more of the selection criteria. The index includes the last trade price and daily volume and change data for each of the included issues, weighted by industry segment to provide an indicator overall performance of OTCBB traded stocks.

OTCBB data is now fed into more than 450,000 Level I terminals. As an intermediate term objective, PCMC is also evaluating potential alternate trading forums for this index, perhaps in the form of an exchange traded fund (ETF) or closed-end fund.

Over the past five years volume on the OTCBB has grown approximately ten-fold. There was nearly a 300 percent increase from 1998 to 1999. Through the end of April 2005, there were 77 billion shares traded on the OTCBB, according to the OTC Journal. The PCMC Bulletin Board 30 Index(tm) is the only measurement of performance of stocks traded in the Over the Counter Market. As of July 15, 2005, the composite of the PCMC Bulletin Board 30 Index(tm) has had a year-to-date gain of 23 percent, with a three-month average total volume for the index stocks of 5,974,400 shares during the same period. The 23 percent year-to-date gain of the PCMC Bulletin Board 30 Index(tm) sharply outperformed other comparable indexes during the same period, such as the S&P 500 (2.15 percent gain), Dow Jones 30 (1.32% loss), Russell 2000(r) Index (3.64% gain), and Russell MicroCap(r) Index (0.53% loss).
