Eternal Image, Inc. Signs Licensing Agreement With Precious Moments

NOVI, Mich., April 18, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Eternal Image, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ETIM), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of customized designer caskets and urns, today announced it has signed a licensing agreement with Precious Moments, Inc.

Under the terms of the licensing agreement, orchestrated by United Media on Precious Moments' behalf, Eternal Image is now authorized to reproduce the inspirational and heartfelt images of Precious Moments on its custom caskets and urns. The company believes this agreement will create significant demand for its unique products, as Precious Moments is an extremely successful licensing property with over 83% brand-recognition by American female consumers.

"When the company began looking at licensing partnerships, we were committed to align our products with widely-known brands with established markets. We are delighted to be offering the Precious Moments line of Eternal Image custom caskets and urns, and are pleased by the designs our team has already produced. We can now focus our efforts on the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of our top-quality caskets and urns using one of the most recognized corporate brands in our country," stated Clint Mytych, CEO of Eternal Image.

Eternal Image is currently in various stages of discussion with other high-profile licensees that management feels would be beneficial to the growth and visibility of the company.
