Former Cingular Wireless Executive Jim Booth to Lead Operations and Tucker McDonagh Veteran IT Services Entrepreneur to Drive M&A

Mr. Booth's employment experience includes senior level positions with Cingular Wireless, BellSouth Wireless Data, Black & Decker/DeWalt, as well as Merck. McDonagh is a veteran IT Services entrepreneur and private investor having successfully led management teams in both private and public technology firms including: marchFIRST/ USWeb/CKS, TNT, Coopers & Lybrand, and Digital Equipment.

Jim Booth has filled the position of Vice President of Operations where he will assume day-to-day responsibilities for deriving continued operational efficiencies across both corporate and field operations. Jim is a 30+ year veteran of business having held senior level assignments in the technology, telecommunications, service and manufacturing sectors. He has successful experience leading a P&L service business unit and IT/PMO projects. He has experience in the field of recruiting, with impressive results in time to fill and cost per hire metrics, and Human Resources. He has gained valuable experience in Sarbanes Oxley and Business Continuity Plan initiatives. Jim possesses B.S. and M.A. degrees from St. Francis University.

Tucker McDonagh will step in as Vice President of Strategic Business Development responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions. He was instrumental in structuring the Pickering & Associates Merger (press release of September 5, 2006) recently announced and he will continue to seek out acquisition candidates, structure deals and assist with the integration of acquired companies.
