Nordic Tankers, preliminary announcement regarding initial public offering

Nordic Tankers A/S makes an offering of 1,830,000 new shares of DKK 10. In
addition there is an over-allotment option of up to 250,000 new shares of DKK
10. 

The price range is fixed at DKK 82 to DKK 94 per share.

The subscription period will commence on, and include, 6 June to 11 June May
2007 at 16:00 CET at the latest. Please notice that the offering can be closed
earlier than 11 June 2007 however no sooner than 6 June at 17:00 CET. 

Nordic Tankers is expected to be listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange on 12
June 2007.
