NCC secures housing order in Denmark worth SEK 623 million

NCC has signed an agreement for the construction of 383 new homes in the Danish
town of Vallensbaek, south of Copenhagen. The client is K/S Amalieparken, part
of Finansgruppen A/S, and the order is worth approximately SEK 623 million.

The assignment will be implemented in the form of a turnkey contract and work is
scheduled to commence on September 1, 2007. The entire area must be ready by
July 1, 2011. During the four-year construction period, NCC expects to engage
about 100 employees, either in-house employees or subcontractors. 

The contract will be registered among orders during the second quarter of 2007.
