The Company still expects to release its first quarter results after the market close on Tuesday, November 6, 2007. Datascope now plans to host a conference call to review the Company's financial results on Tuesday, November 6, at 5:30 p.m. (ET), instead of at 12:00 noon (ET) on Wednesday, November 7, as previously announced.
