The Company stepped back from the Houston installation until it felt it was ready to proceed with its full market development strategy that included 200 units in Houston, 100 in San Antonio and 160 in Dallas, along with installations in other municipalities in Texas, that could support the S2C system. Management has now secured a major bottler and two Property Management firms with hundreds of shopping centers throughout the target markets in Texas. I believe we now have a strong inventory of properties to place S2C Aquaduct units on and an excellent source of Spring Water. We are ready."

The Greater Houston metropolitan area has a population of 5.3 million as of the 2005 U.S. Census. The potential bottled water market for Greater Houston, based on industry averages of 25 gallons per person annually, is over 140 Million U.S. Gallons.
