PRESS RELEASE Stockholm/Amsterdam, 19 December 2007 LBI International AB ("LBi" or "the Company"), the leading international full service digital agency network, lowers its 2007 outlook. For the full year 2007 LBi currently expects to record moderate revenue growth. The operating margin will be lower for 2007 compared to 2006 and will include a one-off restructuring charge related to The Netherlands. Including this restructuring charge the operating margin for Q4 will be positive. The most significant factor for the lowered revenue and operating margin outlook for 2007 is the less favourable performance in The Netherlands in the fourth quarter. In order to address the operating issues within the Dutch organization of LBi Lost Boys, Theo Cordesius, COO LBi International, will direct the operating improvements in cooperation with management. Mr. Cordesius will also oversee the coordination and business development activities between Lost Boys and the recently acquired Satama organization in The Netherlands. The complementary offerings between Satama NL and Lost Boys position LBi as the premier full service digital agency in The Netherlands. The Company is confident that the operating issues in The Netherlands will be resolved without further impact to its 2008 results. The operating margin in Q4 is further impacted by additional expenses incurred to complete corporate projects including the group re-branding, financial reporting system upgrades, and the development of the digital dashboard. As stated in the Q3 release, all investments in these corporate activities will be completed by end of this year.
