Indutrade expands in the Netherlands through acquisition of technology sales
company Ammertech B.V. in Helmond

Indutrade has acquired all of the shares in Ammertech B.V., with annual sales of
approximately SEK 60 million.

Ammertech is a leading Dutch technical sales company in the area of components
for the industry mainly bearings, transmissions and shaft hub connections. For
many years Ammertech, who also has a sales office in Belgium, has been the
exclusive representative in Benelux for Indutrade's subsidiary ETP Transmission
in Linköping, Sweden.

Organisationally Ammertech will be included in Indutrade's Special Products
business area which had net sales of SEK 1 094 million in 2006.

The acquisition, effective as per 1 January 2008, is expected to have a
marginally positive impact on Indutrade's earnings per share.
