Rautaruukki Oyj Stock Exchange Release 19.12.2007 at 9.05 SUBSCRIPTION OF RAUTARUUKKI'S SHARES WITH WARRANTS Between 1 November 2007 and 28 November 2007 a total of 2,000 Rautaruukki shares have been subscribed with the warrants based on the bond loan with warrants 2003. The share capital has been increased by 3,400.00 euros due to the subscriptions. The increase of the share capital has been registered at the Trade Register on 19 December 2007. The new shares will provide the shareholder's rights starting from the date of registration 19 December 2007. The estimation is that the shares will be subject to public trading at the OMX Nordic Exchange Helsinki with the old Rautaruukki shares (RTRKS) as of the following day. After the increase the share capital of Rautaruukki shall be 238,336,817.60 euros and the total number of shares 140,198,128. This number includes the shares held by the company. The next increase of share capital based on the bond loan with warrants 2003 shall take place in February 2008 when the new shares subscribed by 31 December 2007 will be registered.
