NCC to lease space in Lysaker Torg, Oslo, to Xerox, Computas and Vizada

NCC Property Development has signed a five-year agreement with Xerox concerning
the leasing of 2,000 square meters of office space in the office building,
Lysaker Torg, in Oslo. In addition, Computas will also be leasing 3,900 square
meters of floor space and Vizada 1,900 square meters. The property was
previously sold to Aberdeen Eiendom Holding II AS. The agreement will have a
positive impact on earnings, which will be reported in the fourth quarter 2007.


Prior agreements have been signed with Microsoft for the leasing of 5,800 square
meters of floor space. The project at Lysaker comprises 16,250 square meters of
office space distributed on seven stories, as well as 625 square meters of
storage and 309 parking spaces. Apart from these leases, there remains 2,500
square meters of floor space to be leased. The building will be completed in
September 2008. 

The office will be the final construction phase in Lysaker Torg, where NCC has
built about 80,000 square meters of office space since 1988.
