TFG Capital AG sells stake in Kisters AG
Marl, 21 December 2007 TFG Capital AG
Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft (ISIN: DE0007449506) today signed an
agreement on the sale of its entire stake in Kisters AG. TFG has held
shares in Kisters since November 1999. Its stake in the capital stock
amounts to 19.75 percent. Kisters AG is an international provider of
solutions for the sustained management of energy, water and environmental
resources, for industrial safety and hazardous materials handling. In
recent years, the company established itself as the German market leader in
the field of time series-based management software for the energy sector.
The transaction will be included in the profit and loss account for the
2007 financial year. With earnings of approximately EUR 0.38 per share
realized through the sale, TFG Capital AG will significantly exceed the
2006 earnings of EUR 0.23 per share, as forecast.
The parties agreed not to disclose any further details of the agreement.
